Naturally Canadian
Over the years we've had the great joy of living amidst some of the most delightful scents and sights in Muskoka. We began our plant journey in 2013 while living on our 50 acre farm in Muskoka. With some of the most beautiful awe inspiring wild plants at our disposal, a deeper love of the natural world began to develop along with a deep hunger and desire to learn more. Through the years, the vast & diverse native plant life that we found ourselves surrounded by was only the beginning of what we now hold so near and dear to our hearts.
Fast forward 9 years later to the year 2022, where we again find ourselves embracing our native Muskoka heritage but now with over 100 acres at our disposal, it is now our goal & joy to not only specialize in producing superior Mediterranean Lavender but also in addition, to work hard sustainably sourcing some of Muskoka's prized wild native plants from our family's land to incorporate into some of our local handmade products.
There are several native wild plants & flowers grown in abundance in Muskoka & Canada that offer many healing benefits including some of our native trees such as White Pine, Wintergreen, Balsam Poplar, Balsam Fir & Cedar. In addition, Muskoka has an array of beneficial wild berries & herbs that offer special skin properties especially when used in ointments, creams & applied topically.
